Birch Suite

To Reserve a Suite
Our residents love living with us here at Earl Haig, and that leaves very few openings in our suites. When we do have an opening available, you can immediately reserve your or your loved ones place here in our community with a deposit via check for $750. We can hold that check for up to 45 days. Upon move in, we consider that $750 to your damage deposit.
We Have BC Housing Suites!
We have 18 suites dedicated to BC subsidized housing. Subsidized suites are based on income and assets, and inquiries must include a completed BC Housing Registry Application. Phone BC Housing for up-to-date qualification guidelines & applications.
A subsidized 1 bedroom suite is $1,615 per month.
If you’d like to add a second person to the room, there is an additional $400 per month fee, bringing the total monthly cost to $2,015.
Our 2 bedroom suites are not included in this program.

Bring Your Furry Friend!
We know that pets hold a special place in our lives, and provide a level of comfort and companionship that’s sometimes unrivalled. That is why we allow our residents to bring small pets to live with them in their suites.
We find that all of our residents enjoy having little furry friends around as well, and our garden, backyard, and walkway make it comfortable for both pets and our residents to have them in our community.
